PARENTING CLASS - We'll be offering our second parenting class on Sunday, June 6,
during the 10:00 a.m. Sunday School hour. Everyone is welcome to join us for discussions
about how to nurture our children. We'll continue to offer the class the first Sunday of each
month for the next several months. Pastor Gary will lead the class. His background in
counseling included leading seminars on parenting and other topics during his ministry in
Virginia.
BIBLE STUDIES - We will continue to offer 3 opportunities for Bible study throughout
the summer. Sunday evenings at 7:00 we meet and discuss the Bible lessons used for that
Sunday morning's worship. It is a great opportunity to dig deeper into the lessons and even
dialogue about the sermon. On Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 pm. We meet and work
our way through the Bible. Currently we are studying I Samuel in the Old Testament. Pastor
Gary leads all these studies. All our welcome.
FLEA MARKET - Our next flea market is Saturday, June 20th from 8:00a.m. -1:00pm.
Everyone is invited to set up a table and sell items. There is no charge for a table. This is an
experiment to see if folks in our community might take advantage of this opportunity. We also
need some folks who would like to sell refreshments.
